Data controller

Data we process
The contact form may collect your name, company or university, email address, telephone number, selected topic and message. The server also records standard technical data required for security and operation, including IP address, browser type, request time and requested address.
The form uses a nonce, a honeypot and rate limiting. Enquiries are emailed to aiqlab@aiqlab.pl and are not stored as submissions in the WordPress database.
Purposes and legal bases
- answering enquiries and taking steps before entering into a contract – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- managing correspondence, securing the website and establishing or defending claims – legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
- website analytics – consent only, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR;
- operating user accounts and logged-in services – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Recipients and retention
Data may be entrusted to hosting, email, IT maintenance and security providers only as necessary. After analytics consent, technical data may be shared with services configured in Google Tag Manager. The current setup blocks GTM before consent.
We keep correspondence as long as needed to handle the matter and then for accounting or claims periods. Account data is processed while the account remains active. Security logs are retained for a period justified by website security.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority.
