AIQLAB INSTITUTE · Future Technology Competence Center
We build competencies for the technologies of the future
We combine future technologies and modern science with practical experience. We teach not only so that people know more, but above all so that they can use that knowledge consciously.
Collaboration
Partners
We bring foundations, science and business together around the practical development of technology competencies.

Why do we exist?
The AIQLAB Institute Manifesto
The world is changing faster than ever before.
Every day brings technologies that transform the way the economy, industry, public administration, defence, science and our everyday lives operate. Quantum technologies, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, autonomy, neuroscience, robotics and modern electronic systems are no longer visions of the future. They are becoming the present.

We enable people to participate consciously in the technological future
We do not want to teach technology.
We want to teach people.
Because people will make the decisions.
Technologies are only tools.
AIQLAB is an Institute for Future Technology Competencies
We create an ecosystem combining:
- education and an education platform,
- laboratories and research environments,
- equipment, quantum technologies and artificial intelligence,
- cooperation with universities, industry and administration,
- programmes for the defence sector.
Our direction
Mission, vision and philosophy
Mission
We turn the world’s most advanced technologies into practical human competencies
We create an environment where science meets practice, laboratories meet business and the latest technological achievements become real workplace skills.
Our mission is to build future competencies through hands-on experience, experimentation and work with real technologies.
We do not teach theory. We teach action.
Vision
Europe’s most recognisable centre for practical education in future technologies
We build competencies through experience, laboratories and education based on real technologies.
We create a community that will design, implement and responsibly use technologies that change the world.
Our goal is not to educate thousands of participants. Our goal is to educate leaders of technological transformation.
Philosophy
The future belongs to people who know how to use technology
We do not believe the future belongs to companies with the best technology.
We believe it belongs to people who know how to use it.
AIQLAB Strategy 2030
